Patient Support Program Manager (Temporary) - Park Insurgentes

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing patient-focused programs in both public and private sectors. Your primary tasks will include implementing value-added strategies that contribute to the affordability of our products, ensuring they are accessible to those who need them most. You will manage the relationship and administration of patient program service providers, guaranteeing high standards of customer service and resolving any issues promptly. Additionally, you will lead monitoring teams focused on the comprehensive management of patients, deepening the understanding of their conditions, and collaborating in the development of treatment strategies alongside multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Upon accepting this role, your work will focus on creating and executing patient programs in different settings, always prioritizing access and ongoing support throughout their treatment. You will supervise the daily operations of these programs, coordinate service providers, and ensure that offered solutions generate significant value for patients. You will lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams that actively monitor each patient’s progress, promoting excellence in management, a detailed understanding of their conditions, and the constant optimization of care and treatment strategies.

Requirements

We are looking for professionals with a completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related fields. Full English, Previous experience in patient support programs in both the public and private sectors is essential, as well as proven knowledge and management of PSPs (Patient Support Programs). Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership is required, as well as skills in client and healthcare professional (HCP) marketing. We seek motivated individuals who are service-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and can thrive in collaborative and challenging environments.
